The beach

As part of our 24 hour vacation we packed our lunch and headed to the beach. I love the cold Northern California beaches.

The kids did not take anytime heading for the water. Andrew took off to the tide pools

Isaac was not as excited as I was to play in the cold water.

Wow he is getting really tall

Robynn was the hero of the day. I look over and a wave hit them and took them both down. Robynn used her body to shield Joshua then it took all her strength to keep him from being pulled out by the undertow. I am so grateful she was there. It may not have been such a happy day without here quick thinking.
